Answers to Your Most Common Questions
Ordering & Customisation
You can upload your illustration directly on the product page when customizing your order. Simply click "Upload Your Own Illustration" and select your file. If you'd rather use one of our community-contributed illustrations, select "Choose from Gallery" to browse our curated collection of illustrations and pick your favorite. You can also contribute your own illustration to the gallery through our Contribute page without making a purchase.
We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10MB. For the best print quality, we recommend:
High resolution images (at least 300 DPI)
PNG format for designs with transparency
Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) when possible
Avoid screenshots or blurry photos
Yes — for most orders, you’ll receive a digital preview to approve before we start printing. Once approved, we begin production right away, so please double-check your design before confirming.
We can print full-colour designs, but there are limits to how fine small details appear on fabric. If your design has intricate lines or colour gradients, we’ll adjust it slightly for the best print quality.
Not at this stage. Because Toodles artwork is individually designed and made-to-order, we’re currently focused on custom creations for families and individual creators.
There’s no minimum for custom pieces — you can order just one. Every item is made individually for you.
You can cancel within 24 hours if production hasn’t started. After that, it’s too late to stop the process since each item is custom-made.
Gallery & Community
When a product featuring your illustration is purchased, we’ll email you to let you know your illustration was selected. We also donate 5% of the purchase to our charity of the month — a small way your creativity helps kids across Australia.
Yes! Visit our Contribute page to submit your illustration to the gallery. You'll need to provide:
Your email address
The child's name and age
Illustration description
Your illustration file
All submissions go through our moderation process before appearing in the gallery.
Our gallery features community-contributed illustrations from kids and customers. When you purchase a product using a gallery image, 5% of the sale goes to charity (covered by Toodles). You can browse the gallery when customising products or contribute your own illustration through our Contribute page.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia only. Our shipping system is configured for Australian addresses with flat-rate shipping options. International shipping is not currently available, but you'll see available options at checkout.
Standard shipping within Australia takes 5-7 business days after production. You get free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. Production typically takes 1-3 business days before shipping begins. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6-10 business days.
We work with trusted carriers such as Australia Post and courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Yes — once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll help track it down or arrange a replacement when necessary.
Sometimes, yes. Depending on the items, your order may arrive in separate parcels to speed up delivery.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with print quality or your order arrives damaged, we’ll replace it right away.
We don’t offer size exchanges for custom products, so please double-check the size guide before ordering. If the wrong size was sent, we’ll fix it at no cost to you.
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
If it’s our fault, we cover all return shipping costs.
