A small family. A big idea.

Toodles started the way most good ideas do, at home, with a child's drawing stuck to the wall. We're Caio and Katherine, parents of a very creative 4-year-old, and this is our story.

How it all started

From the fridge door to forever.

Our son has always drawn. Everywhere, on everything, napkins, post-it notes, the back of receipts. We'd stick his drawings to the wall and love them, and then slowly watch them curl at the edges, fade, and eventually disappear.

We wanted to keep them. Not just as photographs, but as something real — something the whole family could wear, treasure, and carry with them every day. That thought became Toodles.

What started as a simple idea to preserve one little boy's creativity is now something we hope other families across Australia will make their own.

The Pivot

Kids Helping Kids

Our original idea was to let kids earn a little pocket money when their illustrations were used. But the more we thought about it, the more we felt we could do something more meaningful with it.

We're a family that cares deeply about community. So instead of pocket money, we decided that every gallery purchase would donate 5% to a kids' charity in Australia, fully covered by Toodles, at no extra cost to anyone.

Our son already knows his drawings can help other kids. He thinks that's pretty awesome. Honestly, so do we.

Every child is an artist

We don't curate for style or skill. A 4-year-old's scribble belongs here just as much as a careful masterpiece. Every illustration is worth celebrating.

Giving back is non-negotiable

The 5% donation isn't a marketing feature, it's the reason Toodles exists. We built it into the business from day one and it will never be optional.

Honest giving, always

You'll always know which charity we're supporting, how the donation works, and where your purchase goes. No vague promises, just honest giving.
