Step 1 - Take a photo of the illustration

Capture a clear photo in natural light on a flat surface. This helps keep colours accurate and details sharp.

Step 2 - Upload your illustration

Upload your child's illustration while customising a product or through our contribution form. JPEG or PNG files under 10MB work best.

Step 3 - We Make It Print-Perfect

We carefully redraw the illustration to match the original as closely as possible, ensuring it prints cleanly and looks amazing. This usually takes 1-2 hours.

Step 4 - Printing Magic Happens

Your illustration is then printed onto your chosen product by our production partners, typically within 2-3 business days.

Step 5 - On Its Way to You!

You'll receive tracking once it ships. Delivery within Australia takes 5-7 business days, with free shipping over $100.
