Return Policy
We want you to love your Toodles order - but if something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
Before getting started, please read through the details below. If your order qualifies, email us at support@toodles.com.au and we’ll share the next steps, including how and where to send your item. Kindly note: any items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care with every order, but in the rare case you receive something faulty or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. You can choose a replacement or store credit, and we’ll handle all shipping costs.
Please contact support@toodles.com.au before sending anything back. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Change of Mind
Because every Toodles product is made-to-order (and often custom-designed just for you), we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Before ordering, please double-check the size guide or any artwork previews provided. We only accept returns if an item arrives faulty or defective - in that case, email support@toodles.com.au and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Once Your Return Arrives
When your return has been received and processed, we’ll send you an email update. Your replacement will then be made and shipped as soon as possible.
