Shipping

All Toodles orders are print-on-demand and produced through our print partner’s facility.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it usually takes 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for your artwork to be sent to print. If you’ve placed an “Upload” order, your artwork may go through a brief review process between you and the Toodles team before printing begins. This step ensures your design looks its best and meets print specifications. Orders from the “Gallery” do not require this review and proceed directly to print.

Shipping

Once your order has been printed and finalised, you’ll receive tracking information via email when it ships via Australia Post or our courier partners.

• Within Australia

  • Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders under $100 AUD have a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.

  • Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Total delivery time (from final approval to doorstep) is typically 6–10 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only to ensure quality and reliable tracking.
