Each piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping (typically 3–7 business days within Australia). Public holidays may cause slight delays. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

If you notice an issue, contact us within 24 hours of ordering — we’ll update it before production begins.

Yes! We fully redraw every artwork to make it print-ready. This means removing the paper background, cleaning up any shadows or smudges, and refining lines and colours so the final product looks clean, vibrant, and made for keeps. If any major changes are needed, we’ll always check with you first.

Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately.

Bold lines and bright colours look amazing on fabric. Pencil or light crayon drawings may appear softer — but don’t worry, we’ll optimise them before printing.

What you see is what you pay, no surprises at checkout. The price shown already includes your custom illustration, whether you upload your child's own illustration or choose one from our gallery. No add-on fees, no "customisation charges" tacked on at the end. Just one honest price, start to finish.
