Each mug is made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 business days, plus shipping (typically 5–8 business days within Australia). Public holidays may cause slight delays. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Yes! We fully redraw every artwork to make it print-ready. This means removing the paper background, cleaning up any shadows or smudges, and refining lines and colours so the final product looks clean, vibrant, and made for keeps. If any major changes are needed, we’ll always check with you first.
What you see is what you pay, no surprises at checkout. The price shown already includes your custom illustration, whether you upload your child's own illustration or choose one from our gallery. The mug is microwave safe, but we recommend hand washing to keep your print looking its best for longer. A gentle wash with warm water and dish soap does the trick!
